What is your production and delivery timeframe in the USA?
Because each item is freshly printed to order in our North Carolina & Texas facilities, printing takes 1 to 2 business days. Standard US domestic shipping via USPS or UPS Ground takes 3 to 5 business days. Full tracking is sent to your email as soon as the shipping label is scanned.
How does your 30-Day Family Happiness Guarantee work?
We want you and your family to fall in love with every Sonosil piece. If you experience any fit issues, fabric flaws, or print imperfections, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement size free of charge or issue a 100% full refund.
What fabric and inks do you use for baby and kids items?
All our infant bodysuits and toddler tees are made from 100% certified organic ring-spun combed cotton. We exclusively use water-based, OEKO-TEX® certified non-toxic inks that are completely safe for sensitive baby skin and withstand frequent washing without cracking or peeling.
What sizing should I choose for the Mama & Papa sweatshirts?
Our fleece crewnecks and hoodies feature a modern unisex retail fit. For a tailored, comfortable everyday fit, order your normal size. If you prefer a trendy oversized streetwear silhouette, order one size up. Check our Size Guide for exact inch measurements.
How do I care for my Sonosil garments?
Machine wash cold, inside-out with similar colors using mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep the print vibrant and the cotton ultra-soft for years to come. Do not iron directly over the graphic print.
